Hollis House is a curated shop for the rooms you live in most — the living room, the bedroom, the dining table and the desk.
We choose furniture and lighting for how they look in a real room and how they hold up to everyday use: soft velvet and bouclé, natural wood, gentle light and clean, unhurried shapes.
Hollis House began with a simple idea: that a home should feel calm.
We look for pieces that bring warmth and quiet to everyday rooms. Soft velvet and linen, natural wood tones, gentle light, and clean, unhurried shapes. Things that make a living room feel like somewhere to slow down, and a bedroom feel like rest.
Every piece in our collection is chosen for how it looks, how it feels, and how it lives alongside you. We’d rather offer a small number of considered pieces than an endless catalogue.

Light first
We design a room from its lamps outward. Warm, low light flatters people, softens materials and slows an evening down.

Every piece is picked for how it looks at home and how it holds up to daily use — not how it photographs once.

Fewer, better
A short catalogue, restocked rather than replaced each season. If a piece isn’t still useful in ten years, we don’t list it.
Delivery, returns & care
- Delivery
Every piece ships from our partner warehouses, usually within 7–15 working days, with tracking emailed as soon as it’s on its way. Costs are shown at checkout — see our shipping policy.
- Returns
If something arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, tell us within 14 days of delivery and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund. As pieces ship directly from our warehouses, we can’t accept change-of-mind returns except where the law gives you a right to cancel. Read the full returns policy.
- Care
Natural materials age gently — velvet and linen soften, and wood deepens in tone. Care notes are on each product page.
