This website is operated by Hollis House ("Hollis House", "we", "us" or "our"), based in New Delhi, India. By visiting our website and/or purchasing from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"), together with our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy and Shipping Policy. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree, please do not use this website.
Our store is hosted on Shopify, which provides the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products to you.
2. Eligibility
By agreeing to these Terms, you confirm that you are at least the age of majority in your country or state of residence, or that you have the consent of a parent or guardian to use this website and place orders.
3. Products
We make every effort to display our products, colours, materials and dimensions as accurately as possible. However, colours may look different depending on your screen, and natural materials such as wood, marble, rattan and linen can vary in grain, tone and texture from piece to piece. All dimensions are approximate. Small variations are part of the character of each piece and are not considered defects.
Product images may include styling items that are not part of the product. Please read each product description carefully to see exactly what is included.
4. Electrical items
Lighting and other electrical products are made for a specific voltage and plug type, which is shown on each product page. Please check that a product is compatible with the electrical supply in your country before ordering. We recommend that light fittings, pendants and chandeliers are installed by a qualified electrician. We are not responsible for damage or injury caused by incorrect installation or use with an incompatible power supply.
5. Prices and payment
All prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout. Prices and availability may change at any time without notice. We reserve the right to correct any errors in pricing or product information, and to cancel any order placed at an incorrect price, with a full refund of any amount paid.
Payment is taken at the time of your order through our secure payment providers. You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information.
6. Orders
Your order is an offer to buy. We may accept or decline any order, limit quantities, or cancel an order — for example, if an item is out of stock, if there is an error in pricing or description, or if we suspect fraud. If we cancel your order after payment, we will refund you in full.
7. Shipping and delivery
Delivery times and costs are explained in our Shipping Policy. Responsibility for your order passes to you once it has been delivered to the address you provided. Any customs duties or import taxes charged by your country are your responsibility unless stated otherwise at checkout.
