Lantern Paper Floor Lamp

A soft paper glow, shaped like a gourd.

Fine ribbed paper is stretched over a thin wire frame in a rounded, gourd-like silhouette, two gentle curves stacked one above the other. Unlit, it’s a quiet sculpture. Lit, it glows from within, filling the room with a warm, diffused light that feels calm and unhurried.

Inspired by traditional Japanese paper lanterns, it sits directly on the floor on slim wire feet, bringing a soft focal point to a living room corner, beside a low sofa, or at the foot of a bed. A simple switch on the cord turns it on and off.
